I bought two opening ceremony tickets and I have
tried to contact the company and they do not answer their phone or respond to emails.

I ordered several tix from them for openning and closing ceremony.
They do answer my e-mails and will send tix on 21st of July.
Last week I spoke with live person, but now they responded that were busy and will contact via e-mails.
So, I am waiting for the 21st of July with my fingers crossed

I have also purcahsed tickets and have sent 3 emails to them in the last week with no response. I am getting very worried that they are not going to provide the tickets, yet keep our money.

i purchased 4 or 5 sets of tickets as well. i think its a scam. if you read all of the feedback about xclusive tickets which is who billed me its not good. also, they do not return phone calls or my emails. im calling my cc company today!
