I think you should take back what you commented. My dad was in the British Army. We came here around 2006.Never understood why he decided that we should come to come to the UK because we had our own home, lands, transport and clothing businesses and his earnings from the army. Also, we were studying, privately, in India. To sum it up, we were very well off.
Now, I'll tell you why.
First, we have every right to be here. My ancestors and their ancestors died for your people. And do you know as to why so many Nepalese are in the army? In the past, the British tried to invade Nepal however they could not defeat us even though it was a war between gunpowder and Khukuri knives. British militants were impressed by their strength, valour and courage and, thus, signed a treaty.
Secondly, the political state of the country is unstable. With such a corrupted government, the nation ,simply, can't progress and there is always an uncertainty amongst people.
Third, we Nepalese people are taught to, nah acutally, the notion of respecting elders/ teachers/ friends/ families, being loyal towards one another, pride, love, compassion etc are all fitted into a person's ideology.Being a Nepalese person, I have never seen some disrespecting elders.
Fourth, I wonder how they copied you.. wait a minute.. doesn't everyone wear western clothing nowadays? Or would you rather prefer to see every single person, be it Nepali, Indian, Jamaican, in their traditional clothes? Wouldn't that show their ignorance to the Western culture/ community?
Fifth, we, Nepalese people, live in a certain society. Even if there isn't one, we create one! And within that society, you are supposed to behave in a certain manner, dress/ look/ speak well. How should I put it? Ever since we are kids, manners, etiquettes are inserted into our minds.
This should be enough to justify it. If not, please feel free to implore.

This is why I hate my own people. They complain too much. Do you even know why neplease come here? They come here because they have fought for this country since world war 2. And they have the absolute right to stay in this country. No one ever deserves much right than neplease people in UK because I believe those who fight for the land, has the right to live in that land. And neplease people have done that.
