Well done Ms Streep. Is she correct though? Would it not be in the child's interest to get the cash while they were young and then end the press interest during their school career? Why would the press interest continue if there had been no story about the person since they were say, four years old?
Those who have been very poor do not have illusions about money.

I am not sure she understands how hard it is for some folk to have even a little money. Is it right to fail to get it for one’s own children if it is to be had so easily?
