The forum on the Property Bureau has disappeared suddently for the second time in the last four days. It was there a couple of hours ago and no more.
IT IS AN INTERESTING TOPIC AND SHOULD BE RESTORED.

It's not just interesting...it was how I was keeping up to date on what is happening and where all the Landlords who have had their rent stolen can communicate with each other.

I'm new to all this, why would they be deleted?? I wrote to UKALA today for assistance and rung Enfield trading standards to speak with a Gerry Hearne. She was on leave but back tomorrow. She is aware of the situation. There is another thread on this site under Enfield that has useful info.

As you can see Mr Whittaker monitors the site, but not pay the income collected, or respond to emails!!

How about I tell you what Jason already knows eh? I have registered my complaint with trading standards (Gerry Hearne 02083798590) who has advised that there is court action pending as TPB failed to provide Trading Standards info under the Enterprise Act. We are being asked to report this fraud to the local police 02088071212. There was an article about TPB in the Enfield Independant on the 26th December, apparantly its online. Hope this helps!

Does anyone have a contact or reference no for Colman Coyle? 02073543000 I saw that someone said that they were preparing a class action. I've rung and left a message but have little faith in answerphones.
The Police have been unable to help. They have suggested the CAB.

Speak to Neil Curbison at Colman Coyle. He is the contact for the situation at Colman Coyle.

Can someone please explain the position is regarding Property Bureau and Property Bureau 2007 limited. My understanding is if they are using the Companies Act to avoid creditor liability that is an offence of fradulent trading
