Hi Everyone.

I belong to TADS as we like to be know and we are currently seeking new acting and non acting members for our theatre.
We are based at Butcher Street Thurnscoe and have had our own theatre for over 80 years now.
Our rehearsal nights are currently Monday and Thursdays and we meet at 7.15 pm.
Why not come along and meet our members and have a look around, you may find a new hobby and you will be made very welcome.
Thank you
Diane Clark.

Just browsing I came across your entry. I was in TADS in the 1940's and 1950's and worked as a stage hand and stagemanager. I just have to correct you on the number of years you have had a theatre. It is not 80 as at that time the Society used the main hall in St Helens. St Margaret's at that time was the sunday school and also where the Youth Club met. I think you will find that TADS took over St Margarets in the late 50s or even early 60s.
I am so pleased that the Society is still in being and wish it continued success

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
