buy a selent applicator gun and bathroom sealent or any type of rubber sealent from a pound store and seal around base of house doors and low windows before you put sand bags down and make sure the sand bags are high enough say 4-10 feet two in depth so they remain stable and do not collapse then if floods are very bad go to safer place;
