Jesus actually said to leave the judging to God, because none of us are exactly perfect.

I think it's quite amusing how some of these Christians project their own prejudices onto Jesus and completely ignore the message of the man.

I have to point and laugh at these filthy "christians" who try and try so hard to *force* their views even in THEIR DAILY SPEECH upon the rest of us. This article contains several quotes that are basically instructing me to believe that this man is somehow unholy, non-christian or demonic.

I see no such evidence.

Instead, I see "christians" condemning him, and I shrug off their stupidity and spinelessness and I move on. They're so ... ineffectual and laughable, and they've earned it. Poor people. Go cry more. Go find someone who will *fall for what you say*, because it's not about to happen here, thanks.

You fail to recognize him as a Christian? What arrogance! Did your god of hate, lies and ignorance die and leave you in charge? Maybe you should start learning how to follow the God of love, compassion and humility Jesus taught us to know.

Rev Ray, I think you mis-read. I believe s/he was quoting something in the article, and then making a statment about the quote.

don't expect an American "Reverend" to get something right, they can barely read. And I got a Reverend certificate off the net for NOTHING, usual price is around $10.

I think it says somewher that marriage is between men and women. I find gays OK , but the idea of same sex marriages absurd, not disgusting.

Jesus didn't say anything about homosexuality from what I remember. The Old Testament and Paul in Romans came down hard on it though. Personally I don't understand homosexuality. I couldn't imagine passing up a good looking woman to go be with a guy. But its their life.

Actually Jesus did speak of homosexuals, but he used 1st century wording not 21 century. In Mathew 19:12 he refers to “born eunuchs” That was what first century homosexuals were called. He also healed the young lover of a Roman centurion and praised the centurion for his faith. While the Christians translate the word as servant, the literal meaning of the word in Greek is Boy, in the sense of young lover. It was common for young men boys, to seek out an older man as teacher and lover in that time. You see this vickar and his young lover are very much in line with the way Jesus thought about homosexuality.
