The names of these slumlords should be publishede in the paper so that everyone knows who these buildings belong to. Public embarassment might work well to correct these problems.

Guy Morin and his staff are doing a great job abolishing blight. They have laws that they have to follow that slow the process down, but they stay on top of it. Good for them! Keep going Guy - don't let the political crap get you down! And don't let them take credit for what you are doing!
