I have complained to Brighton And Hove city council on numerous occasions only to be put through to an ill-qualified inexperienced housing officer namingly Mel at the Lavender Street office who simply shrugs her shoulders and says I'll get it sorted but to no avail she never does. I have amongst others told her where dumped hyperdermic needles are in Craven Path and around Queens Park. Again she says "fine, I'll get it sorted", but alas as per usual she never honours her promise, not even an inspection. Mel at Lavender Street Housing Office claims to be the most hard-working officer in Brighton, this was overheard by one of her fellow collegues who shall remain nameless because they think they will get the sack when relly it should be Mel who is apprehended, warned then finally sacked. she is extremely rude to people with complaints and thinks her job is a sugar-coated affair which she does to the highest standard. Investigate Mel at Lavender Street Housing Office yourself and keep it undercover (recordings, photos, so-called testaments) Things can only be acted upon if the respectable inhabitants of Brighton and Hove work together.
