Reposting publicly available information is not a crime. You put it up there with full knowledge that anyone could access it. Legally it can be referenced anywhere now, it could even be published in work/research.
The privacy/confidentiality laws haven't really caught up to the internet. It's still a bit of a grey area legally but presently, totally legal. It's part of my job to know this info.
