this is utterly mindless, what sort of people would carry out such a crazy thing, hundreds of people could have been killed if a passenger train struck the bin. what i want to know is what are the police going to do about crimes like this, i think a tougher law needs to be in place to put criminals of commiting crime in the first place. prevention is better than the cure
