Mr Searle, who was 66 and an MBE, was chairman of Searles Leisure Group based in Hunstanton and Heacham.

we are in total shock here at monte solana where richard spent his last few days, our thoughts are with richards family, no words can express how we all felt about this gentle giant of a man, such a loss for everyone, richard will be missed by everyone who had the privelage of knowing him, at peace now with his beloved linda.

lovely man many fond times working there in my school hols with my father ray who still works there after 30 years will be very sadley missed still have all those great times placedfirmly in our heads rip richard
