I have to say I hate being a NHS patient myself and what this woman has gone through is not that uncommen NHS staff can be overworked and after a long day sometimes do not have the ability to empathise or care when the next lot of rota staff take over it's a vicious cycle which can be hidden only when you scratch the surface can the truth be seen very hard to take sometimes.
