Jogger killed in freak accident after 'running into 11,000 volt low-hanging power cable'
James Kew, 42, was running through a field near Newport, Essex, with three others when he apparently struck the cable above a path A jogger was killed after he apparently ran into a low-hanging power cable carrying 11,000 volts and was electrocuted.
