I was caught up in the traffic caused by this incident.

Where were the police?

They were chasing the van.

I believe our 'courageous' boys in blue deliberately let them get away, as soon as they realised they were dealing with pikeys.

I saw this incident happen, the van was on the wrong side of the road. The guy did not stand a chance because the police did not have the siren on. They let the offenders escape because the police would have to answer awkward questions if they were taken to court. The van was actually abandoned around the corner from the scene, having done a left turn twice. It actually passed within view of where the man was lying injured in Oxford Rd, at the junction of Bellfield Rd. The van was abandoned in Bellfield Rd, ind est.

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Pisces

Family, friends and in-laws are all hard to please. It is better to please yourself for once, dear Pisces, than to bang your head against a wall. You need to relax and get in touch with your own feelings. Do not hesitate to speak up for someone you care about. Someone may try to curtail your freedom. Set them straight and do not give in.
