I looked up the visa requirements for Slovaks. They can go almost anywhere without a visa!

It says in the article the Ukrainians are dragging their feet on issuing residency permits to the Czech diplomats in Ukraine.
The article says it all started when the Ukrainians got mad about some guy getting political asylum in the Czech Rep?
