I can quite see why Terry's would reconsider on Dawn being a good promotion for their chocolate. She has become a myth in her own lifetime. She and Jennifer both are. Many people don't find them interesting in concepts or vision - or as women at the front - at all. Her increasing weight must be a concern. The ad. has always been rather tacky in Dawn's hands. Their portrayal of their idea of other women is - pathetic and often insulting - it relies on their own misjudgements. Need I say more than : the pathetic JAM AND JERUSALEM. They only enjoy anything they feel they can put-down. Women's Institute were the first women to stand up to : TONY BLAIR - that took courage. Most. W.I.group left jam making years ago.(I am not a W.I. member - but I respect their stance.) So, as women out in front - they have become - tedious actually. They like to blow their own trumpets.
I call them the trump-E.T. girls for that. Real Women moved out of their genre many centuries ago.
Dawn has over assessed herself for a very long time and the French Saunders smart ASS routines have worn a bit thin.....sorry....swipe card angle not intended.
