Meh. Zakk states the obvious. MTV caricaturized Ozzy as an idiot by showing him stoned out of his mind. 43 pills a day and drinking and nobody, not his wife, children, nor "dear friend" could do an intervention? Wow. No, they just pressed into history (Live at Budokan, The Osbournes, Extreme)their scoffing and disrespectful attitudes towards Ozzy. Sharon in spades, but Zakk even got in there, if you watch the Budokan video clips.

Denial isn't a river in Egypt, it is what surrounded Ozzy. Maybe so long as the fame and cash flowed it didn't matter.

Times they are a changing Zakk Wylde. Information is nano-seconds away when it used to be eagerly awaited via the news, magazines, and papers. Knowing alot about rock stars makes some people's lives less boring, it gives them something to put their passion and interest into. It is the rock star who, despite mistakes, flaws, and so forth remains a hero to the masses who is to be admired. It takes more than talent, it is a total picture that can't be bought or manipulated to exist. Ozzy has that. Even knowing everything there is to know we still love the man big time.
