New L Word Teaser - Who Killed Jenny Schecter?

I have no idea who would kill her, but I'm glad someone did/will! You are so right, I have definately grown to hate Jenny - actually, I never really liked her to begin with. On another note, since I don't have showtime and have to wait for the show to come out on DVD I haven't seen any of this season - that said - I really wish/hope they had/would cement the reationship between Alice and Tasja...

I don't care who did it, but she deserves a medal! I don't "love to hate her." I just hate her. They should have killed her off instead of Dana.

Jenny's "character" was the most contrived of the lot, wish she'd drowned in that raft.

Still, if I were going to assasinate one of the girls, it'd have to be Tina. Tina drives me mad.

This surprised me quite a bit. I know many people wanted her dead, but I really liked her. Imagine the show without her; many of the twists and plots of the show wouldn't of happened without her. She is the character we all love to hate; The L Word would never be the same without her.

Mia has done an incredible job developing this character. I'd go as far as saying she is the best actress in the show. With her many dimensions, she is the most complex character of the show.

As for who killed her? I think it might either be Shane or Helena. It would be tragic if it was Shane, but I think she would be the one to do it. In my opinion, no one else deserves to kill her because no one knows her as much as Shane does.

I throw in Helena because it is very unsuspecting and she has no love interest that were left from the last season. Everyone else had someone to depend on; I don't think Helena did. Though I heard Dylan is coming back this season, so this would totally null this hypothesis.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Jenny really did not die. I know people have confirmed it, but it might be a trick played on us fans to uncover a bigger plot. Also, look at the scenes where Jenny is pulled out. Her face is uncovered. I might be looking in a little too much, but maybe that is a clue.

Again I might just be clinging to hope that Jenny is not dead yet. In any case, I hope this season proves faithful to all our expectations.

Honestly, I'd put it on Nikki, Adele, or Shane.

Nikki, because that whole romance that she had with Jenny was called a "show-mance" and that it didn't mean anything after Jenny called her in for a break-up f*ck.

Adele, because she is one twisted bitch who deserves to get shot, but just as we think she couldn't go any lower...

Shane, because her role in life right now is to try to get Jenny back, and if Jenny is the absolute stubborn bitch that we know her to be, Shane is going to get frustrated and possibly very, very angry...:D

Is it murder? If it is, Adele is twisted and capable. I seriously doubt it's Nikki, because she's flighty and not really as invested as she seems to be. I also doubt it's Shane... she's really only capable of hurting people with sex. She's otherwise very gentle.

I don't know. I spent a long time hating Jenny's character which is a reason I really like her. She evokes emotion and response. It's a role, and if it makes you feel something I think that validates it's success. She's amazingly charming in that respect. I love her capacity to be so evil on the show and pull it off with such conviction. I think it's a slice of genius.

jenny is a really good character and she has shown every aspect of her skills as an actress throughout the L word! i think that jenny killed herself! i think that would b the most likely plot.
most of all i would like to say that i am absolutely gutted that this is the last series of te L word!!:-(

There is a spinoff where Alice is in jail for the murder of Jenny Schecter. It is called The Farm, but i think she is taking the fall for someone

At first I would have said Adelle or Nicki -- but those are too easy. Alice makes sense in a weird sort of way -- in season five she made some serious blunders and was starting to come unravelled (at least in mho). And... well, I never liked her, but I did like her a skosh more then Jenny. Seriously -- Jenny has to be one of the most pathetic (as in pathos) characters ever. The teaser sort of seemed to have a lot of undertones of "The Great Gatsby." If that is the case it would be interesting to see who was playing the "Daisy" character and then deduce from there.

Of course any fan I know would be glad to do the dirty work. Jenny is just bad news on all accounts. I don't think she is even a lesbian. Possibly Tim or Merina...maybe darling Clementine....I don't think that Chakin would do that to one of the core characters. Nikki Stephens even may be the one.

Just finished watching tonight when Dylan/Helena get back together....And I could not help but wonder if Ellen Degeneres watches The L Word??? Especially when Hedison was going south on Helena. But then again she probably has enough real life, L Word, lesbian, dyke drama craziness in LA.

I am going to miss the show and I don't know how she will wrap this all up in a mere 4 hours.
