Son, you must have missed this part of the judges ruling, "Murphy states in his opinion the school system did not have “a custodial relationship” with Tyler, and the defendants “did not have a constitutional duty to ensure Tyler’s safety from private actors"

Why did this kids parents not do something like maybe put him in another school? Hello McFly! Of course the parents were all to ready sue someone their kid was dead.

Why were they only suing the school. What about every other place that was ever stepped in. Mean people are everywhere not just at the schools. Go to the stores,ballfields,resturants in any area and listen at how they interact with each other.
