To Wady your wife and all your other scam buddies, are hopefully going to jail. Personally I think they should take,all your business and personal, jewelery, cars, houses everything, sell it and give it back to the people they scamed. I was going to use the money for an Eye operation so I will not go blind. Well, I hope you rot in hell. As I probably will go blind. I am not rich like most of you people that were hurt, most of you do not know what it is like to not have insurance. I am very pissed that the FBI have taken so long to get the job done and letting him scam more people to the tune of $150,000 more. I personally feel that wife of his should also go to jail as she has spend allot of it on her so called salon. I am not even close to where she is but if somebody is please beat the crap out of her for me. I understand that Wady is soon to be indicted......Miko your life is not going to be worth two cents.....I promise.

It's frustrating what this experience has down to so many investors. I run a legitimate financial management firm where we invest in similar types of deals that provide positive returns to clients during periods of high volatilitiy in the stock market. We pride ourselves in exessive due diligence yet it is harder than ever to gain confidence when people like Wady has given companies like mine a bad name. I hope justice is served.

I would like to clear the air that the new owner of the Salon Is NOT affiliated with Jenny and Miko Wady and is actually one of the creditors owed as he is the actual property manager of the entire complex that was RIPPED of by Vie Salon & Spa AND IS OWED SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. As none of the employees knew they were involved in the criminal activity, and now learning, The property manager decided to keep the salon doors open for all the stylists involved and as a great asset to the community. SUMMIT SALON IS IN NO WAY INVOLVED WITH THE CRIMINALS THAT RAN VIE SALON AND SPA, AND ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE PERSONAL LAW SUITS AGAINST THE WADY'S FOR UNPAID WAGES! SO please do not affiliate our new salon owner and employees with VIE salon and spa, as we are victims and have faced many hardships due to their SICK behavior! New phone number is listed in the phonebook for appointments! The phone number for goes to a salon that is still currently affiliated with the Wady's. You definitely did the right thing by not investing in the recent versions of this concert fraud. Unfortunately, when a lot of us did invest with Wady (through Transcapital, Dezert Heat and other entities brought to us by those we also thought were reputable business connections in the Scottsdale & Mesa area) none of this information was on the web. As one of those who was ripped off by this con, it is just that. Miko Wady and his business associates, including those that brought this concert fraud to our attention, held information sessions and receptions where Miko circulated the room with tales of concert promotion success and riches. Bottom line - it was all a lie and an elaborate ponzi scheme.
The Transcapital case and some of the other recently filed cases are true and if one is considering investing with Wady or anyone associated with him, I urge you to go to a Maricopa Superior Courthouse and read the different pleadings against Wady, his wife Jennifer and her family and others. There are numerous parties suing Wady and having personally been lied to by him and his associates, I know for a fact that this concert promotion business is a fraud. Miko Wady has reportedly promoted some very small acts in the past so I guess one could call him a concert promoter. The thing is, in his pitch he claims to promote major artists (e.g. Billy Joel, Mariah Carey, Faith Hill, 50 cent, etc). It is a lie. He allegedly took $30-$40 million from Transcapital's investors and never promoted any of the concerts for which it was claimed my money was to be used. My money was included with the Transcapital money that has never been returned.
I know for a fact a few people have contacted law enforcement over a year ago and that they are aware of the situation. Not sure why everyone who was defrauded hasn't contacted the FBI, IRS and State Attorney General (as the AG has busted similar concert promotion ponzi schemes recently). As some of the prior posts mention, apparently law enforcement is actively investigating (given the recent execution of search warrants against Miko Wady)-- not sure why it hasn't been sooner and it is sad that people may still be ripped off. Hopefully it is just a matter of time before this racket is shutdown.

And now they are benefiting from Lacey Brown Salon... If anything the new owner of Summit Salon should be commended for taking over and allowing many employees to keep their jobs!!!! At least Kevin thinks of others and not just himself...What decent human being would expect people to work for them and then up and close their business with no notice to those hardworking employees??

What happen has nothing to do Lacey Brown Salon. Lacey has built her clientele soley herself for years and why would anyone have a problem now that her hard work, my hard work, and others hard work has got us a place to call our own!! For all of you that are writin all these untrue statementS please LEAVE IT ALONE and worry about yourselves, your families, and your clients because we still are respectable to all stylist that were affected. First of all, Yes I was a stay at home Mom for many of years and Loved every minute of it. I went back to work in 2003 and have worked ever since. I too was given a 2 week notice and was faced with having to look for another job. At that point we decided (Lacey,Tasha and I) to open our OWN Salon. Based on my credit score I was fortunate enough to be able to make this a reality. Just for the record, Lacey Brown Salon has NO affiliation with the Wady's. Yes, we have chosen to keep the same phone number for clients up until this Monday, we do feel that we owe that to the Clients as well as ALL the employees (Lacey Brown/Summit employees) to keep a line of comunication. Also note that we have forwarded all messages as well as calls from clients for any Summit employees. People need to direct their anger and frustration towards the right people. I have NEVER harmed, scammed, ripped off, condoned, nor been a part of any unethical business ventures concerning the Wady's, other than being a Vie Employee. I urge anyone who is inquiring to contact me or feel free to come into our Salon and see for yourself that nothing under that roof is property of Vie Salon and Spa. I spoke to Kevin South (Owner of Summit Salon)tonight and if you question my integrity please contact him for clarification on the facts.
