How can one be sued for stating facts? Ron was arrested on national TV for seeking out a 14 y/o for sex...after many months of doing it openly in the various chatrooms / myspace (what 43 y/o man has a myspace anyhow).
He was then arrested for driving w/o a licence, illegal poss of pot, criminal poss of pot (25 grams), larcony, crim. poss of stolen property....all in under a years time.
Now you can defend this man all you want...but these facts are public information and not rumors. If he is found not guilty of them....then so be it....but those chat transcripts will tell a very different tale in court than his high price lawyers "slander testimony"
I too feel really really sorry for his kids...no children should ever have a father that does what he did. I hope they can live very good and fruitful lives...but heres the major point that your not getting Loser...
You may have known Ron from hiis "hero days" on the F.D....or his "glory days" selling high-price luxury cars....but when that man came on the internet....he was not the man you speak of
and that man....deserves all of this as far as im concerned
