Sorry to disappoint, but from where have you brought up this shit about Indians marrying cousins?
Only in a certain religion of India, in Islam, are cousins allower to marry each other. For the rest of the country, marrying any family relative is still incest. Even Indians cant marry a close relative. There has to be a difference of atleast 7 direct relations(like father's bro->his wife->her brother->his wife->her brother->his daughter).
Though above law is not strictly followed, a minimum of 4 is still foollowed
