NBC saves 'Chuck,' cancels 'Earl'
NBC is giving the equivalent of broadcast timeshares to " Heroes ," "Chuck," and some of its six new series to keep airing original fare leading into Jay Leno 's new show, which will air at 10 five nights a week.
