Awhile ago I heard that Paula in fact has a rare neurological disorder, which, makes sense.

She can be sitting on screen and be seemingly fine one moment and it appears she is high or drunk the next.

I tend to believe she may well have some type of neurological disorder, because these days Rehab amongst the Stars is very pretigious, hence, it would seem the logical thing to enter, if necessary.
