Vincent Donofrio & Kathryn Erbe (Goren & Eames), are untouchables. I don't like the new ones and whenever I don't see Donofrio, I immediately flick the channel to something else. He is perfect for that part and anybody else seems out of place playing that part. Please keep him, for he is CI.

I agree with Lillian from Atlanta. I also, turn off when I don't see Donofrio. He seems to have aged in the past two years, rapidly in his character and is not as quick in his responses. Or maybe it's the writers fault ? I hope they don't do away with him and Eames or I won't be watching the show anymore. It's a shame, since it's one of my favorites on NBC. Portland, OR

I always switch channels when i don't see Vincent, he is the only reason i watch the show. Please don't remove, he is perfect for the part, no one can play his part. Noth is a good actor, but not for that show and he does not impress me in his role at all.

He's tired of his Det. Goren role, and he's gained so much weight this year. I've noticed, when an actor is weary of a particular role, the spark and excitement is gone!! Vincent's acting is different because he realizes that this is his last year playing this character (unless something miraculous happens and he changes his mind) I for one would hate to see him leave, but if he's no longer happy and excited about his role then it's best that he does. It certainly won't be the end of his dynamic career!!:-))

I HOPE GOREN GETS A WOMAN THIS YEAR. NOT EAMES. THEY MAKE BETTER PARTNERS. WHATEVER HAPPENS WITH VINCENT, I WISH HIM HAPPINESS. LORD KNOWS, HE'S MADE ME HAPPY THESE PAST SIX YEARS. HE IS SUPERLATIVE! IF HE SHOULD LEAVE, I HOPE HE LEAVES HAPPY, NOT SHOT OR KILLED OFF. THERE IS ENOUGH UNHAPPINESS IN THE NEWS. FANTASY SHOULD BE HAPPY. PLEASE.

it wasn't enough for you to post this once, apparently.
again, you should be ashamed of yourself for posting information about another human being's mental issues (IF IT REALLY IS INFORMATION, BEWARE WHAT YOU READ ON TOPIX, PEOPLE!!!)

Whenever I get a chance I like to look up any information about our handsome Vincent and like to know more about him, but you know reading the no absolution comments made me cringe. Why? Well its the same old story is'nt it kiss and tell, tell everything, drag someone down, take away their privacy. He may well go round looking for women,I am sure many would love to be with him, but it seems like you have made some money out of it! Then talking about his mental problems makes you the person who needs help, what do you think you have achieved giving out all your sordid details? If he gave you the creeps how come you have millions of stories still? Personally if your job is f****** then stick to that and stop critising his dick and mental problems. Your comments are unecessary, and in very poor taste. Fans can admire an actor without knowing his prostitutes seedy details. GET a LIFE!
