Actually IMHO this is a better show than kitchen nightmares, or restaurant impossible. While all three have the same concept, this one focuses on more of the bar/restaurant psychology. How changing the flow of the bar will make more money. How positioning of bottles will sell more booze... less drama, more real world science.
