Wait, Tom, are you not in congress? Didn't you run to bring leadership? And you say there is none? So you are just there as a spectator? Well maybe the people of your state should know that when you run for re-election.

We can't blame Obama. We knew he had zero business experience and was only a ACORN trainer before we elected him. On reflection, electing Obama was like choosing your manicurist to preform brain surgery on your child. We liked him a lot but he just isn't up to the tasks at hand.

by Lydia Saad

PRINCETON, NJ -- The 41% of Americans who now identify themselves as "pro-choice" is down from 47% last July and is one percentage point below the previous record low in Gallup trends, recorded in May 2009. Fifty percent now call themselves "pro-life," one point shy of the record high, also from May 2009.

How come Senator Harry Reid and President Barack Obama can't see to work together and cobble a budget together.

Is this another example of Obama just not being able to get along with others?

There is a Democrat majority in the Senate and still Obama fails at securing and passing a budget.

He's had over 3 years to do so!

Funny, Team Obama degrades and disrespect Corey Booker but doesn't mention Harry Reids failure to use his simple Majority to Pass Obama's Budget.

Reid makes Obama look much lamer than Corey Booker ever did yet Team Obama says nothing to defend Obama from Reid.

We are and have been on the Bush Spending Levels since 2009. It's bogus to blame Obama for these deficits being the GOP refused to change the 2007 Bush Spending Levels.

President Obama has been restricted to spending $250 Billion from the 2009 $787 Billion Stimulus which was comprised of Tax Cuts and contributions to State Governments.

The Budget Deficits were long ago built into the Bush Spending priorities and have yet after three years to be changed due to Republican and Tea Party obstructionism.

As you stated all of the Democrats and Obama Budgets have gone down in Flames.......... ROFOLMAO....... all the mounting debt is still a result of the Bush Administration and GOP Goofs.......

Each of their proposals have been voted down or either filibustered over the 3 years Obama has been President.

If you're watching politics from Washington closely you should know that. Just recently the Republicans in the Senate, againt voted 97-0 on the proposal President Obama sent over to the Senate.

America has been following the 2007 Spending levels established by the GOP when they last held a majority in the Senate and HOuse, the current deficits are a result of those spending levels.

The GOP refuses to alter or change the spending levels set in 2007 and causes the $1 Trillion Dollar deficits for as far as an eye can see.

President Obama can't change the law with out Congress.

There will continue to be a trend towards Pro-Life because while all those Pro-Choice women were not having babies, Pro-Lifers continued to reproduce.

Now those Pro-Lifers from the 70's have great-grandchildren who are glad to be alive, while the Pro-Choicers, well, they keep wondering what their great-grandhildren MIGHT have been had they chose differently way back then.

Obama and the Senate Dems have proposed Budgets, they were filibustered in the Senate. The Senate just voted again 97-0 on an Obama budget proposal.

The House Budget is a no vote.... period. The Senate is not eliminating Medicare and Social Security, which is part of the House Budget Proposal.

America is still following the Republican Approved 2007 Budget, the Deficits we are currently amassing are part of those GOP Bush Budget Proposals that today the GOP refused to negotiate and change to cease the $1 Trillion Dollar budget deficits.......

Obama hasn't had a budget passed or any spending approved other than the 2009 stimulas of $240 Billion since coming into Office..... he's still following the Bush budgets......

What motivates you to post such nonsense. It takes 51 Senators to PASS the Budget. Reid has 53 Senators in his Party. Your comment is not factually correct. Senate Dems choose not to Pass Obama's budget.

First count - Obama had two years of a democrat majority, could have gotten anything through he (the dems) wanted, IF, they truly wanted to cut spending.

Second count - Obama and the dems did not get a single vote on their budget proposals, from a republican or democrat, and those budgets were a deficit spending budget in nature.

Third count - 5 trillion in NEW debt under Obama and the dems.

Fourth count -

Agreed. Because of the GOP's allegiance and loyalty to one man, there is no compromise when it comes to paying down the Bush GOP debt.

How can Rich Money serve the American people when his loyalty has been pledged first and foremost to one man, Grover Norquist?

Mitt Romney Signs Taxpayer Protection Pledge

Mitt Romney Signs Taxpayer Protection Pledge
Massachusetts Governor makes written promise to eschew tax hikes

WASHINGTON, D.C.– Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, a candidate vying for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination, recently signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge sponsored by Americans for Tax Reform (ATR). The Pledge commits signers to “oppose any and all efforts to increase the marginal income tax rates for individuals and/or businesses … and oppose any net reduction or elimination of deductions and credits, unless matched dollar for dollar by further reducing tax rates."

Gov. Romney became the first major candidate to sign the Taxpayer Protection Pledge on December 31st, 2006. As Governor, Mitt Romney pressed for several major tax cuts in the difficult blue-state environment of Massachusetts.

ATR has offered the Pledge to all candidates for federal office since 1987. To date, President George W. Bush, 43 U.S. senators, and 197 members of the U.S. House of Representatives have signed the Pledge. Additionally, seven Governors and over 1,100 state legislators have signed the Pledge as well.

“In signing the Pledge, Gov. Romney firmly commits himself in writing to fiscal discipline and economic common sense,” Grover Norquist said.“Mitt Romney has told taxpayers in no uncertain terms that he plans to look out for their interests.”

“I strongly encourage every Presidential candidate to sign the Pledge,” Norquist continued.

Out of the three parties, the GOP is the most fiscally irresponsible of them all. They spend like drunken soldiers and then cut revenue to cover that spending.

Only the Democrats and the Libertarians are the solution to the fiscal crisis that is looming.
