i have not heard anything what was the breaking news about i live in scotland so dont get to hear anything until days later

They are saying some breaking news will happen today.If you looked on dogs web site you would know it :p I've not heard any news yet.............

Sources close to the Duane "Dog" Chapman legal case tell TMZ that the Mexican courts have put a stay on further legal proceedings in the bounty hunter's matter. Meanwhile, the reality star's legal team
is gathering more evidence as to his actions while in Mexico, and sources tell TMZ that when the evidence is presented, the Mexican court is expected to rule "favorably."

Chapman's saga began last month when he was arrested along with two cohorts, including his son Leland, in Mexico on charges of illegal detention and conspiracy in connection with his apprenhension of convicted rapist and Max Factor heir Andrew Luster.(Bounty hunting is a crime in Mexico.) The Mexican government wanted Chapman extradited to face the charges, which could lead to a prison term of up to four years.

In an effort to avoid extradition, the "Dog the Bounty Hunter" star offered shortly after his arrest to apologize to Mexico, to pay a fine, to forfeit the bail he posted in the country, and to make a charitable contribution.

Look at the time of our posts before trying to be a critic please.Also i did see your post but am waiting for a release from dogs site as that would be more informative.No offence but your information I saw on the date was wrong and what you posted may well be as well.Hoping to get a response on their site soon.

Body: From StarBulletin.com ....This is the announcement. Not exactly what we wanted but at least its some good news.
The extradition to Mexico of Hawaii bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman has been put on hold while a Mexican court investigates a claim by Chapman's attorneys that he was properly supervised by someone he thought was a police officer.
Mexico charged Chapman with depravation of liberty after his June 2003 capture of American fugitive Andrew Luster, who had been convicted in absentia of rape.
Bounty hunting in Mexico is illegal unless it is conducted under supervision of a Mexican law enforcement official, according to Chapman's attorneys William Bollard and Brook Hart.
Chapman, his son Leland and his partner Tim Chapman were arrested last month. They face four months to six years in a Mexican prison.

4 days later an announcement was made regarding the case, and a stay was granted. Coincidence? nope!

October 16: US supposed to file statement in support of both the chapman arrest and the extradition hearing.(not speculation)

October 17: Attorney flies down to Mexico for discussions.(speculation)

October 18: Chapman attorney rests, prepares for return home.(speculation)

October 19: Attorney returns to Hawaii, and prepares for press release October 20.(not speculation)

October 20: Press release.

Why do you think a Major news article was printed about the senators petition on October 11, just 8 days before the U.S. was supposed to submit an answer?

Dog isn't gonna go anywhere, WE THE PEOPLE won't stand for it....Dog and the gang....god bless you all....

No, the fact is that there still isn't any information posted on the fan site. I'm even guilty of checking back with the fan site all day!

My comment came after I posted the information I had, while contributions to this thread asking questions were still being posted. The information was there, but no one was looking. Next time I will let everyone keep looking.

What ever you want to think about and keeps you warm and cozy at night go for it.So i make a few typos here and there?I made my post at like 1 or 2 am in the morning after dealing with two sick kids.At least i can admit my mistakes.

As far as the age of consent?What does that have to do with my question of how old are you?I asked it as you seem to have a chip on your shoulder and a real problem coming to grips with reality.Both are things teenagers have problems with while growing up and coming of age.You seem to have a real problem not only admiting mistakes but also coming to grips with them.I'm sorry but i think thats sad.I feel sorry for you for when your eyes of the world around you really opens your eyes.

It doesn't benifit us supporters to stsrt fighting with each other, we are all here for the same reason, to support Dog and posse. We need to put our energy and words into that, and stickingup for each other! There are enough people speaking out against Dog and us supporters, we need to stick together and not turn on each other!
