NBC gave an early vote of confidence to four series, announcing full-season renewals of Heroes , The Office , My Name Is Earl and Law & Order: SVU for 2007-08. The news was unsurprising: All are performing well ...
In other NBC news: •Daytime soap Passions has been canceled after an eight-year run to make room for a fourth hour of Today, which will air on all network affiliates, though only about half will initially air all of Today in a continuous block, says NBC Universal Television president Jeff Zucker. The worsening economics of daytime soaps led NBC to choose expanding Today. Passions will likely finish its run in August, but NBC is discussing continuing the soap on a cable network (such as SoapNet) or online. Zucker suggested that NBC's only other soap, Days of Our Lives, is unlikely to continue past 2009.

Hi, you know this is crazy I watced Day's for years. I don't want to see it go but you did take Passions away from me, plus Another World, your gonna do it anyways. I will not be a supporter of of your network and many others whatever. This world is changing nothing we can do about it. So whatever you need to do, just do it. I DON'T WANT TO SEE DAY'S GO, OR PASSIONS. BUT WHATEVER.

why cant they just change days of our lives to a different channel. or change today on a different time. dont mess with the best soap on tv. thats the only time i watch channel 11 when my days is on. so you will lose viewers for that station. i mean i dont even like today. good morning america is better anyway.

i've watched days of our lives it seem like for ever. i would tape when i was in school then watch when i got home. then in tape it when i went to work. lots of my friends do tthe same.so if you take days off. you guys took another world off now i have only have days. i think your nuts if you do.
