Man, am I the only person who thinks this is one goofy plan? Air Boston Legal on Tuesdays for a few weeks, move it to Wednesdays for a few weeks, and then move it back to Tuesdays for a few more weeks. Meanwhile, take Men In Trees of the air for 4 weeks and then return it for only 3 more episodes? Why not hold off on bringing Boston Legal back for the next three weeks and air Women's Murder Club's last few episodes instead -- and THEN resume Boston Legal's season, uninterrupted? Seriously, how do network executives think people can keep up with this neverending game of musical chairs that they like to play?

What? they're moving 'Men In Trees' again??!! unbelievable. ABC completely disregards the fans of this show, even though we keep following it from slot to slot. I can't recall another show moving around this much within two seasons.

This is really stupid, they should just move Women's Murder Club back to fridays and leave Boston Legal and Men in Trees where they are. Both those shows are already on the bubble for renewal as it is.

I'm excited the show is coming back - I just wish Joe Flanigan was still playing the FBI guy, John Ash.

I'm so glad to find that this show is coming back - Hurray!! Friday was fine with me. I wish they'd leave it there - then maybe they wouldn't find so many reasons to preempt it. ABC has been kicking Boston Legal around for years - but I must say, I am enjoying the show less these days, so I don't care any more.

I'm so glad that Women's Murder Club is FINALLY returning and sorry that Men in Trees is once again being screwed.
Just one more reason that proves the "powers that be" who make the programming/scheduling decisions are I-D-I-O-T-S!!!

So glad to see Women's Murder Club returning and following DWTS is a bonus for them. I liked it on Friday nights myself, as I use Friday night to relax and unwind from my hectic week. But I'll look forward to it on Tuesday at 10:00. I hope it does well there, well enough to keep it on.

Opposite L&O SVU...complete with the robin Williams episode. Since you figure both sows appeal to the the same demographic, this ABC's way of quietly burning this strong-female driven show off!
And Men in Trees. Why do I have the feeling it's some kind of network science experiment Geesh. I really like the show but when I have to write the times it's going to be on a year-to-year calender, something fishy behind the scenes is going on.

It does not seem like ABC supports "Men in Trees" the way they claim.

I couldn't figure out why, after the strike, WMC was not on the schelde. It is one of the best shows ABC has. Instead of some those others.

If Boston Legal ends this season it will have 88 episodes, which is enough for syndication and good even though I wuldn't mind a fifth season. Men in Trees however would only end with 36 unfortunately.

It looks kind of doubtful, Men In Trees is currently scheduled to return late May with 3 more episodes.

MIT was doomed the seond it got pulled the second time. The ADHD crowd (i.e. that young, afflunt demo)has long since stopped chasing it around their TIVO. Even the people who actually liked it have all but given up because the network has made it worse then scheduling a doctor's appointment in knowing, when where and what YEAR it's on. It worked for The Soprano's but people pay out their pockets to watch cable. Of course they're going to watch.
