Sad News for 'CHiPs' Fans: Larry Wilcox Charged by SEC

Full story: www.huliq.com

This is far from his role as a police officer, we would have to say. Larry Wilcox, one of the stars of the old late 70s - early 80's hit TV show 'CHiPs,' has been charged with securities fraud.

I use to watch CHIPS all the time. Jon was so handsome and I loved his smile. To bad he went over to the dark side.

If he still lives in California, then he probably needed some extra cash to support the foreign nationals illegally in that state or help pay for the school costing over a half-billion dollars.

sure. But he was a good side kick and well casted.

Just like the white guy in Mod Squad.

I think casting is a peculiar science that is very well done on TV.

Look at Room 222. Welcome back Cotter, Lost in Space to name a few. Brilliant casting.

Now I'm going to say someething really risky and I accept all criticism. MASH.

Dynamic original cast. We got mediocrisy becase key cast members threatened to boycott and were fired. Dogged one member for the rest of his life. So here comes my clincher.

I think they could have done better than Mike Farrell. Maybe even Henry Morgan but he did have a charm. Maybe too much charm across the board of the show. Brit tv doesn't rely on charm which gives it a double edge.

Hill St Blues and Magnum stumbled onto that. TC and Rick actually turned their backs on Magnum at times. But the friendship of the three always lasted. The politics of friendship is fascinating and the Brits revel in it. They let you laugh when you want to laugh.
Sophisticated television.

American television has progressed none the less. But I know criticising MASH is a no no. So hit me hard.

Reportedly, this is not a criminal charge. Rather, the SEC is seeking an injunction against Wilcox and others, as well as financial penalties.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Leo

Don't be afraid to voice your opinions today, even if you suspect that they aren't what everyone is expecting to hear. It's important to speak your mind, and there's no need to worry about treading on anyone's toes or sounding outrageous because that isn't very likely at all. If you're talking to someone, your conversation may take an unconventional turn that you weren't expecting.
