If you knew Eddie and the amount of time he put in for charity events and how much he is loved in this city you would not have said that. But then again, since it was classless, I will consider the source. To the person who asked how he is. In 2011 he and his wife are doing fine and Eddie has once again taken up doing charity work and raising money for the less fortunate. How big is Eddies name in Boston? 2 years ago they named a corner DIRECTLY across from Cheers in his name. Now that was quite a statement! Eddie is a very kind and good man and never asks for anything other than help for his charities.
