David Cook is the new "American Idol"

david cook, the right choice for american idol. if they had tryouts for the disney channel or a thehe park david a. would have been the right choice.

why is this even news??? Isn't there enough going on in the world for your station to pay real attention to????

12million votes separated them;

becoz, the kids or young audiences who loves the boy,david A cannot use the phone to vote for him
they don't have the finacial means.

compare to the adult cooked, i bet the adults tripled called to vote, they have money,

i think the right guy won....

QUESTION ABOUT THE SHOW.....

The name is AMERICAN Idol...The producers are all from England... One Judge is from England. The accounting firm they used for the votes is from England, and two of the contestants are not even American.....

Yeah,right. He would make music for the Disney channel and hanna montana. Maybee he cound even do a voice over on sponge bob. Cook was the best of all 12.

If someone gets caught up in all of the worlds problems, they will turn out as miserable as you.

I think they should change the name to american popularity or american joke. Any moron with hearing knows whose got the better voice, and it's not david cook, he may be a nice guy but david a. is the real winner. I can't even bring myself to watch it anymore.This show isn't based on talent, it's based on popularity.

It amazes me that Channel 2 even covers a show on a rival network......

yeah i loved last nights show david cook is the best! Cook is a great singer,I was crying with happyness when he won!Cook was my favorit all year every week i would vote for him. even if Archuleat didnt win i think the seventeen year old can go far as will Cook!!!
