David Archuleta may be a little uncomfortable talking but when he sings he is totally comfortable and supremely in control. I went to the concert and he was amazing live. He just blew me away with his powerful vocals which soared through the arena. I have been to many concerts and I have never in my life heard anyone as amazing as this kid.

The tour is all about making more money for the production companies and FOX who run the show. Cmon...if you're not a fan of the show, you don't go, or you bring someone who watches like your children. I wonder how much money the actual PERFORMERS will make on this. Thanks record companies and tour promoters.

The performers get paid very well for the tour. Are you sure Jason fumbled the words to Somewhere Over the Rainbow? He was singing the Hawaiian Israel K. Version, not the Judy Garland version.

Same with Nadia. Don't get scared as I'm not some psycho superfan, but the reviewer might want to re-check the bit on Somewhere Over the Rainbow. It is the Brother Iz version, not the traditional version that most are familiar with. The lyrics are different. And indeed if it wasn't a flub, which I don't think Castro's had as yet on tour, I'd suggest changing the article before the replies get out of control.

Thank you for the lovely comment about Brooke. She was the highlight for me but then again I'm a little biased as she was (and is) my favorite from this season.

David A was amazing ... David C was great . I loved the whole concert from beginning to end. i did not notice Jason Castro's error.. The place was packed. The cheers were ear piercing from where i was. Maybe it was late when Cook can out , alot of the young ones feel asleep . The only time i heard quiet was when we actually wanted to hear what we went there for .. terrific show .. go davids!

It was a great concert that ended up with a great dissapointment. My daughter's favorite, David Cook failed to come out afterwards and meet his fans! We were told at Midnight that he left soon after the show without signing or meeting fans. My daughter was devastated and I was annoyed at his action. Although I'm aware that he is under no real obligation to do so-on the other hand he would be nowhere now if it weren't for us the people who all voted him American Idol. I feel that he had a MORAL obligation to come out and sign. We don't all have the luxury of being able to take a day off from work to be there when they first arrive.

Please correct your error about Jason Castro. He didn't flub the lyrics as this piece states. Research generally helps when reporting.

I personally loved the concert. Allowing each performer their own set showcases their skills. This season's finalists are a very diverse group which can be hard to blend into duet's and group numbers. But it's that "uniqueness" that will help many of them have careers so I celebrate it! David Archuleta has grown a great deal since the competition. He's displaying much more showmanship and confidence on stage and his voice sounds beautiful. Jason Castro, as well. I didn't notice any "flubbed lyrics" and hope the reviewer realizes that he's not doing Judy Garland's version of the song. Jason has an ethereal presence on stage and a lovely voice. In my opinion, David and Jason (who are the 2 youngest!) are among the best of the show!

Every person you want to meet should conform their lives to fit around your schedule. How selfish of them!

Jason sings "IZ's lyrics to SOTR, not the original lyrics. He didn't flub anything. You should retract your statement.

I'm not surprised the reporter was unfamiliar with Jason Castro and the lyrics of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The newspapers assign reporters to cover entertainment stories they have no interest in and as a result inaccurate and lazy reporting ensues. I am sending a report to Newsday's corrections department about this reporter's mistake.

The Idols are obligated to sing on the stage and that's it. Meeting the fans in the parking lot before or after the show is optional and a kindness on their part. David Cook may have had other obligations that prevented him from meeting the fans after the show. I can understand the disappointment of the fans but singing is their job, not signing autographs for the fans.

Wow, Nadia, speaking of jobs, it sounds like you're getting paid to publicize and defend these guys.
