Rosie O'Donnell Backs Off American Idol, Attacks Oprah

Your article states she is hardly an "A" lister..why in the hell would anybody that is real want to be in that crowd?

Rosie was not the only host on the View that disagreed with having that poor child in the media like he has been. The only person to defend the media was Barbara. Rosie backed off a little when Babara explained- not so much did Joy and Elisabeth.(didn't see their names mentioned) Rosie was worried about the kid....I watched the Oprah episode and it broke my heart and I could not for the world figure out why this boy was on the show. It had only been 3 days since he was found. Sometimes the community needs to be more responsible, this is a child being exposed to all this stuff. A child that was obviously traumatised. Who is looking out for his best interest here? Obviously not you otherwise you would of really listened to what was being said instead of jumping on another Rosie sucks bandwagon. I am so over this stuff now, I have never been more disappointed in people in my life. We are all missing the boat.

I have to say, I live in Missouri about 20 miles from Shawn. And I am so over hearing about how bad his situation was! It must not have been that bad, he got a new bike, toys, piercings, didnt have to go to school, and a girlfriend. I personally think he liked this more than he's letting on. He even went to the police station only days after being kidnapped and didnt tell. You can't possibly brainwash a kid in days.. Theres definitely more to this story than he will ever let on. Not to mention the mother looks like a CrackHead!

He was 11 when he was taken, are you for real! He could of been told that his parents would be killed if said anything. This is still a child we are talking about, where is the social responsibility? I can't believe you could even post that. I thought I would just see if someone had a heart in this particular forum...guess now I know.

I dont like Rosie much and always respected Oprah however in this case I wonder why this child being on TV was necessary. His mother police, doctors etc could explain enough. If it were my son Id be sheltering protecting and nutering him not parading him about and having him dodge adult questions.
Oprah doesnt have children but she should know better. Where is Social services for this child how much did his mother get paid to showcase him?

I think that Rosie needs to leave people alone and move on with her life I mean audience want an camedian to stay at a comic bar or a focused comic show such as George Lopez show have to say puts on an excellent show! When he is on the series of my wife and kids he acts like a family man when his in a comic station he will do is comedian thing! Unlike Rosie she's apprently a comedian will comedian's make jokes about people but they all know it's just fiction and not gossip Rosie like to gossip and I don't think that's something I'm interested in I'm not a big fan of Gossip Talk shows! The show has to have life not gossip! If I feel like having a good time I watch George Lopez "the best" If I feel like I want to watch a show with ambition, success, and life in it I watch The Apprentice! If I want to watch drama and gossip I watch Desperate Housewives, which is a fiction and nobody is getting critized! To be honest I don't think Rosie's show fits any of these catagories! I think the show Rosie is lame pointless and a waste of time. If Rosie O' Donnell wants attention from the public eye and wants to be funny and noticed she should stop the freaking gossip about Celebs and go on the apprentice and watch Trump fire her! That would be awesome!!!!! I would really like to hear Trump say Rosie "Your Fired!"

I don't think Rosie has room to talk about others especially about Trump and Oprah they are very successful individuals and Rosie isn't the greatest or the perfect person in the world! Rosie needs to spent time at Dr.90210's show better yet at a Plastic sergeon's office I think that Rosie should be advertising Jenny Craig and Weight watchers! As far as I remember Rosie has had the same hair style for about 15 years, and Rosie isn't the smartest person and she is obviously very over weight I think Trump sugar coated when he said she was chubby she is not chubby she is huge she is acting like white trash and trashing every single person she meets or see's I think Barbra made a mistake of hiring Rosie I think Barbra decided to give Rosie A SECOND CHANGE! as Rosie likes to say Trump made a mistake about giving Connor A SECOND CHANCE! So Rosie trashes trump for that I didn't see anyone complainting or trashing Barbra on Nation T.V. for giving Rosie a second chance! At least Connor carries herself good with good hygiene and does not have a trashy mouth on T.V. Everybody deserves a second chance we all make mistakes and some of us are willing to help others with there problems and some of us take the risk to come clean about our past. At least Connor is getting help for her issues and is trying to put her past behind her and move on Rosie doesn't seek help and denies anything is wrong with her Rosie's got big issues she needs to seek help soon!!! I saw Trump getting litured on TV from other host about his behavior torts Rosie he is a grown man and he is just talking to Rosie the way Rosie understand's Trump is intelligent he knows what his doing he's just treating trash how trash should be treated I don't Rosie would understand Trump if he were to speak his mind about her in a professional way. Before show host start telling Trump to watch his mouth when speaking about Rosie they should focus on the uneducated brod and tell her to watch her mouth when speaking about hard working billionaires! Rosie show some repect for the celebs and your audience!
