I hope Carley gets another contract out of her efforts. There are people who had a problem with her having already had a contract when she was younger and didn't think she belonged on American Idol. Part of what happened to the contract she had is that is was released around 9/11. That certainly wasn't her fault. Also, I think perhaps she could use some better guidance on what to sing.

David A. has gotten praise even when his efforts were rather lousy. It's like it has been predetermined he's going to win - from the beginning. I like his voice and he's a cutey, but I really have a problem with the way he completely over-sings most of the songs he sings. It sounds like he has a stage father and maybe it's a thing of God forbid he loses. I've noticed more then one comment that the songs he has sung sound like they've been chosen by his father.
