Who cares? Seriously? I get sick of seeing the newspapers shoved full of this crap, half the newspaper is about this kid. They say he has pretty blue eyes. Too bad his hair looks like its been dragged across the sewer. On American Idol, I saw when they called him and he shrugged it off and just walked away. That ignorant little.... Of all the children to represent Rockwall, we have a grungy looking little pompous prick from Rowlett. Thats right, he is not from Rockwall, he is across the bridge.

Honestly, Jason will have a great musical career. He may not be, in the minds of TPTB, the "golden boy" but he is very talented in a style that is very popular today. He has thousands of loyal fans who vote for him. Randy and Paula are about as ignorant as it gets, as shown last tuesday. Simon is getting to the point where he is almost as bad. As for Jason's "attitude," he is a remarkably laid back young man and a great role model for kids. He is at peace and keeps his faith even when he is on the show and very nervous. His favorite quote is "In the end it will be alright. If it's not alright, it's not the end." That speaks volumes about the kind of person Castro is.

We know that Randy's type of music is not what Jason does. I applaud Jason for staying true to himself in his music interpretation. It is a shame that Randy had to blast Jason that way. Jason would not say anything bad about Randy, which is why Jason is the better person. There is a fan base for Jason as well as a market for his music. I love his sound. His music makes the listener feel good. You cannot say that about a lot of music today.

You are a terribly mean spirited person. In this uptight cruel world Jason is a breath of fresh air. Too bad you are too narrow minded to see that! Rockwall Resident wrote: Who cares? Seriously? You are an embarasment to Texas for the way you represent yourself. As everyone is entitled to there own opinions, you have no right to call him ignorant. You do not even know this kid and if you did know him, you would in no way call him ignorant. He is the most humble person!!!! Just because he does not get all bent out of shape when people say bad things about him... I am ashamed that you live so close to him. And seriously, who cares what you think anyway. Jason is FANTASTIC! So glad the producers let Jason perform solo and blow people away at the finale. His performance was an elegant counterpoint to all the stupid hype and group numbers.(Although the camera seemed to focus a lot on his very attractive backside....hmmm.) Anyhow, I digress...As someone who feels the country is in desparate need of light, air, grace, humor, dignity...Welcome Jason. Hope the all the questions of "vote vote" from the media help you sell buckets of songs.
