'American Idol' Top Four Can't Stop the Rock - David Archuleta ...

david archuleta should get all americas vote last 3 weeks to come he is young he rocks and over david cook he is hopefull. not cocky and arrogant and time to be americas next idol...lets do this

Syesha continued with that powerful voice, very impressive. I don't think she can beat Cook or Archuleta but either way she will be clinching a broadway contract soon after the show, with a deal on an album. Archuleta is good, no doubt, but I was disappointed last night only because he had the chance to make history and show his voice versatility with some beat to rock n roll. My fear was he would continue to play it safe with slower songs, which he did.. Still want to see his potential, which I think is there. Either way, this years Idol is producing the most record deals of any in years past. Smithson, Mercado, Cook, Johns, and Overmyer are already rumored to have offers pending.

i try to be objective and i have to say that David Archuleta is the best tonight... David Cook and Syesha did good
Jason is terrible... It's clear now that the final should be David Archuleta vs David Cook.
It doesn't matter who wins, because both of them will be very succesfull singer just like Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood_

YES! Bring back chikezie 'michael and Carly. Loved Chikezies version of she's a woman. Fantastic ! And Yes! Jason need to go home now. Should have gone home a while back. Let's put Syesha in the top three.

Its a pity Carly was voted off... I put it down to song choice. But I think that David Cook will win.

Man it was a really weak final four....Castro just sucks, Cook wasn't nearly as good a rocker a even micheal johns, Syesha was actually the only passable performance, and Lil David just does the same vocals everyweek, he'll be great on broadway but won't last long as a pop star.

Jason has to go tonight. IMO, I think he's purposely messing up to get voted out. Hopefully, that'll happen tonight.

I thought it was hilarious that David Cook was singing about a teenage wasteland, directly in front of teen droids waving their hands mindlessly to music they don't understand. Which also explains why they love the Archbot so much.

Nobody one, they were all losers in the worst season of AI ever. David Cook totally boring, he even looks bored; Syesha - good on the eyes, bad on the ears; David A.- like Chinese water torture, absolutely no variation to his immature voice; Jason keeps saying he doesn't know the music (Didn't now a cat sang "Memories," doesn't remember any Neil Diamond song, only knew a few songs from which he could choose last night's selections). He's like a automobile mechanic who doesn't know how to drive a car. The top four of any previous season would knock these four totally out of the box.

I believe that AI and DWTS film in the same studio, that is why Rascal Flatts was on both shows.

He did say a few weeks back that if he went it would be okay because he has a girlfriend now. You hit the nail on the head with that one I think. Hopefully he will go tonight.

Jason has that cool vibe and he does have talent. I really think the judges have been too hard on him telling him one week that he has to make songs his own than criticizing him for doing it. They are all TOO forgiving with lil David who HAS also forgotten words and croaked on stage.

Syesha has been coming into her own and throwing out some great performances as well as great vocals.

Lil David is far too predictable and borderline annoying with his performances. His modest act rings false and reminds me of pageantry. He`s talented..but no American Idol!

David C has the whole package. Star power, flexibility and the vocals to bring it together and make him the winner of American Idol 08

Hey I liked Davids shirt...Birds can feel free to fly and soar like an Eagle...Just like David Archuleta can feel free to soar like an Eagle...He was awesome last night!!!

Castro's performances were simply awful. If he isn't booted, the viewers of this show are retarded.

I made a large wager more than a month ago that David Cook would outlast Jason Castro. After I played it, many more took the same wager and layed much larger odds. This thing should hve been easy, yet this no-talent Castro is still on the show? C'mon, people!

One other thing...I am confident that if she wants it, within a year, Syesha will be playing a lead in a broadway musical. She's a perfect fit for that.

I just read an article that explains everything really well. For instance the least offensive-to-rock moment was David Cook leaning all the way in to his version of the Who's "Baba O'Riley." While on the other hand the most offensive-to-rock moment was the soon to be ousted contestant Jason Castro forgetting the words to Bob Dylan's "Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man."

Jason was horrid last night! He sounded bad, he looked bored and stoned, and he acted like he couldn't care less. What an embarrassment!

Everyone else tried; he didn't.

He needs to go. He DESERVES to go.
