Glad to hear this! This is a great show. I never could figure out if is was ORIGINALLY produced for AMC, though. If so, why all the bleeping of the language. Why did they do that. It was distracting. Either leave it or change it, but don't bleep it. Wonder when the first season will be out on DVD? I'd like to watch it again, in true widescreen format and without the bleeps.

Oh, I'm very relieved. I was starting to get worried after I read that AMC was prepping new series' without word of the status of Breaking Bad. Now, I can rest easy. This is great news.

We at The Flaming Nose (http://flamingnose.blogspot.c om/) have been big supporters of "Breaking Bad" since its premiere! Congrats to AMC for having the wisdom to renew this show, but how about offering at least one late-night play in widescreen and without the language edits? It deserves at least one chance to be seen at full strength for viewers who don't need the watered-down version. Bryan Cranston should get an Emmy nom at least, if not the award, for his wonderful and frequently nearly heartbreaking work in the series. He is tremendous, as is the entire cast.

Breaking Bad is one of the best written, best acted, best directed, best everything drama to make the scene in many years. And, it's appeal is not limited to young male viewers. I'm a boomer babe and I think it's incredible, definitely my fav. 'Bout time something worth watching came along. Season one rocked, and I can't wait for season two.

A great show can't wait for the second season!!.
I found the show one evening while channel surfing. AMC was running encore for the first, second, and third episodes. I missed the first 15 minutes of the pilot episode, but was hooked, instantly.
I looked on Comcast's ON Demand and found all three episodes. It was a late night for me after that.
I have touted the show heavily after that, turning many of my friends onto the show.
AMC has done it again, while checking listing and looking for information about season two, I stumbled onto their other series Mad Men. Watched all thirteen episodes, another great show, I have added to my must see list of shows.
The shows season finale pays off, with a tension driven plot twist. Anyone interested in giving the show a test drive, should watch the first three episodes, as they introduce the main characters, and set the stage of what is to come!!.

Just when I thought everything had been done, the plot and the writing take what's happening in our country head on. health care costs, stagnant salaries, when is breaking the law acceptable...ever? tricky stuff, done well. excellent it's coming back, waiting to see where this goes.
