Now it is time to bring Bush skits back to SNL. The administration clamped down after 9/11 and scared the heck out of NBC. Gloves off writers - you have 7.5 years of material to work with...

Fey is fantastic at playing Palin. The first time I saw her on S & L I thought she really was her until I had a closer look. Funny stuff!!

How about going home to her pregnant teenage daughter and her down syndrome baby? Don't you think that poor baby who gets passed around like a sack of potatoes would like his mother to hold him?

I'm a little tired of this skit already. It's not that funny. The Bob Dole stuff a few years back was really funny.

Now, lets talk about something positive. If you want to talk law enforcement, let's put a new twist on it but in the form of acting. Remember Dennis Franz playing top cop on NYPD Blue along with partner Jimmy Smits? Well, they were cops in real life before acting. That is why they do so well in acting. Whether he’s playing a tragic cop on TV, a Shakespearean count on stage, or the senator of Alderaan on screen, Jimmy Smits has a versatility that moves him seamlessly from one medium to the next. Indeed, the former East Coaster has become a California fanatic, citing Yosemite as one of his favorite spots because,“I sigh when I see it.” Next up for the Emmy® Award winner: the CBS drama Cane and the film The Jane Austen Book Club. Read an interview with Jimmy to find out more. This may sound facetious but Craig T. Nelson should take Cathy Lanier's place in the Metropolitan Police District as chief. Clean up the Trinidad neighborhood. Some people may think, "this may be just a game of cop and television" but this is just a comprehensive experiment.

...because the daughter and baby have a FATHER to take care of them, too. Do you really think the Palin's leave their kids with a sitter - get real.

I guess that none of these people ever worked or left a child with their father to take care of. I am so tired of people talking bad about Palin and her family. Get real people. They are just like everyone else. Do you think just because she has a downs child she shouldn't have a life. I work with these kinds of kids every day and they all have parents that work. Talk about morons!!
And SNL has just gotton disgusting. It used to be funny. Not anymore.

Their father is always by their mothers side. It is a bit disconcerting that Sarah cannot travel without him. He is always on stage with her, and that is a worry.

Well "oh brother" ... she is not interviewing for a 40-50 hour a week job. This is 24/7. There is a bit of a difference. There is so much to this family that we can tear down because they carry themselves not self-assured, but thinking they are superior to the general population of the lower 48.

One of the largest up-shots of her not becoming VP is that poor kid baby-daddy will not need to get married when in fact he is far too young and has no inclination to do so.

If you go into politics you become a public figure. If you can't take it, stay home and bake cookies. There is a critical shortage of good cookies in this country.
