I have seen several McCain TV ads and they are just negative propaganda against Obama. McCain is a loser with no clue about the problem with the economy. The Republican ideology of extremist free enterprise has led to the destruction of our economy and our in-country goods production and services foundation. Greed greed greed. What is short term proffitable for corporations is not long term good for America. The Republicans just want to blame people who are unable to pay their mortgages after they were sold on Adjustable Rate Mortgages by the banks. The banks, wall street, and corporate executives are all out of control. They need to be put on a leash. McCain just wants to lower taxes on the wealthy even though the government is not collecting enough to pay the current expenses. The people have been abandoned by the government and the Republicans have implemented economic anarchy. McCain is just babel.

Here is a link to a letter signed by McCain asking freddie and fannie be reformed because they were in danger. Doesn't look like the democrats were on board to fix. They stopped ANY plan to reform.
Don't be soooooo partisan that you would spew BS when the facts are staring you right in the face.
You wanna vote for obama, i aint stopping you, but please look at the facts and zip ip it when it comes to this mortgage stuff.

Mr. Owenscott you miss the point. If McCain were not a Republican then possibly he could do something. Mortgages are only a small part of the problem but mortgages are the spark that caused this collapse of the markets. Reforming Mac and Mae is not the solution to the mortgage problem; The solution is setting fixed uniform rates for mortgages and requiring lenders to be accountable for the mortgages they write and not allowing mortgages to be dumped by banks and brokers as soon as the loan is made. This wild and complex system of taking immediate fees for writing mortgages then dumping them to a third party with underwriting to cover risk is absurd a obviously a failure. The facts are staring us in the face but the meaning of those facts is not so obvious. BTW I am one of those people who has been voting Republican for a long time, but I am fed-up the right wing WAR and GREED.

When Obama's terrorist ties to Raila Odinga and his phone calls in 2008 to Raila Odinga are exposed as well as Obama's terrorist ties to the PLO and the American terrorist I think the American people will sober up.

And of course Obama wont allow the original of his birth certificate to be examined or released. Probably because he was born in Kenya. Even his evil white lady grandmother admitted he was born in Kenya.

Just another in a long list of lies. No wonder the weak coward chain smokes.

Well sir in America we are a capitalist people. That means people can own things like banks. And people can do things like charge what they want to for the use of their money.

Communism doesn't work. If you like communism please go to Cuba and North Korea.

Apparently that also means that CEO's and other execs can fleece the taxpayers and clear $50,000,000 a year while they run their bank into the ground. But times are tough, the CEO of Lehman has had to sell his helicopter that he used to commute to work AND put $20,000,000 worth of his art collection up for sale. How will he survive?

Here's how they made their HUNDREDS of millions! It was all set by the reCONs so they could game the system with their Ponzi scheme.

Can he turn it around???....No he can't. Watching the last debate and a couple of his campaign stops he just seems to be going through the motions until election day. He looks tired. He has seen the writing on the wall and has resigned himself that he is going to lose.

Well I am sure the Democrats will bring in some more from Mexico or PR to balance that out. Or maybe they'll just pull their usual voter fraud: getting the dead to register or pay the homeless to register 70 times. Obama's friends have already been CAUGHT this time.

His middle name is Sydney. He's probably wearing diapers as we speak. He selected a "pretty bimbo" in the #2 spot and he's 72 years old. He's erratic and changes his positions moment-to-moment. He now panders to any that will listen. His running mate it inexperienced and talks like she's in High School. He finished in the bottom 3% of his military graduating class. He would have had a dishonorable discharge had it not been for the years of genuine service from his Father and Grandfather. His running mate graduated from 4 different colleges in 5 years which in Alaska is pretty difficult to accomplish(find 4 different Colleges). You decide. vote B A R R A C K!!!! Not Republican.
