"Any Person Who Can Help Raise 5 Children Can Be VP" - Fox News

During a discussion on Fox & Friends Monday about Sarah Palin, host Steve Doocy, who had previously noted Alaska's proximity to Russia as reason to assume she has foreign policy experience, emphasized motherhood as a reason to consider her capable of being VP.

By that asinine logic, Michelle Duggar should be President. Doocy is such a tool.

I am sorry that Palin is letting McCain use her for window dressing, being a full-time mother doesn't compare with being Vice President of a great nation like the United States of America.

You might want to consider this as an example of her motherhood experience:

The baby daddy, Levi, is 17 and entering his senior year at Wassila High School. More on his My Space page: He boasts, "Ya fuck with me I'll kick ya ass." As an insight to how he will support his young family he shares, "I live to play hockey. I like to go camping and hang out with the boys, do some fishing, shoot some shit and just fuckin' chillin' I guess." As mayor of Wassila, it's evident from Levi's writing skills and her daughter's good judgment, that Sarah Palin spent more time perfecting her moose pie than stressing sex education or the three R's.

Is the "issue" of this election pre-marital sex versus last election's homosexual sex?

I wonder what dad-Todd is doing about this whole thing? It seems to me that he is critical is his daughter and grandchild's life.

Read between the lines! When Sarah accepted McCain's nomination she mentioned TRIG was born in APRIL. It is presently SEPTEMBER, simple math April to September is 5 months. Two days ago in September Sarah announced that her daughter Bristol is 5 months pregnant. Therefore, Bristol could have given birth to TRIG and presently be 5 mos pregnant. Isn't it a mystery that the Governor of Alaska does not have a birth certificate for TRIG. Media has been evasive about this so far it is rumored TRIG does not have a birth certificate. Something fishy about this soap opera which becomes a bit more scandalous each day. Let's hope Sarah is only human and might have accidentally misplaced the baby's birth certificate. But this is not about the poor down's syndrome baby who is entitled to a love of his mother and grandmother, it is about THE INTEGRITY OF NEXT POTENTIAL VICE PRESIDENT. HAS SARAH LIED ABOUT GIVING BIRTH TO TRIG? AMERICA HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW AND TO LEARN THE TRUTH

It's a shame that Palin is putting her own ambition a head of her daughter's welfare. She cannot be blamed that her daughter is five months Pg. However for her daughter to be on the world's stage is sick...She needs to withdraw.

Window dressing? Shoot, he is using her as a heat shield! He had to do something to get out from under the tough questions since his standard "noun verb POW" answer was completely worn out.

This takes the experience thing off the table. Many men and women have raised or helped to raise five children and more. My ex's grandmother had 6 children. She was a first generation American and child of Irish immigrants from the Italy and had virtually no formal education. Not only did she raise 6 children, she helped to raise many of her grandchildren. She was a very kind woman, but I doubt she was presidential.

My mother raised 3 kids in New York State. Her foreign policy experience is (1) we visited Canada once or twice (actually NY borders Canada), (2) when we moved, the couple that bought our house was from India, and (3) her father emigrated from Europe as a child. She is more qualified to be VP than Ms. Palin, and I still wouldn't vote for her.

As much as people wanted to paint Obama as un american or a Muslim terrorist which were all lies, what if it is true that Palin once supported an Alaskian organization that wanted to break away from America? Goggle search this...Palin Alaskan Independence party (AIP. USA, USA, USA.

My cat has raised 15 kittens in the past year - two litters, yet, and none of them retarded. Does that mean that my cat is qualified to be President? Looking at the Bush legacy, probably.

Are you kidding? I've talked to women after they have children. They say that it becomes all consuming and revert into baby speak when talking to adults. It's not a permanent state as the child gets older women are able to refocus on other areas of their life, but there is a huge maternal instinct that happens with babies. Just think about it, baby crying or the (red) phone ringing.

Sad thing is a McCain/Bush supporter will accept the following qualifying criteria from Doosy the dofus...

- She's has Foriegn Policy experience because her State is the closest to Russia
- She can manage the office of VP because she's raised 5 kids.

Come on folks.....we can't allow ourselves to fall for crap like that. We should demand more from those who are paid to give us thier opinions. Doosy knows FauxNews fans will swallow that crap.
