If Monson needs a Lear Jet to get around, so be it. Boyd Packer needs to live somewhere, would you have church authorities homeless? It costs money to run a worldwide church. I have no problem with helping to finance church expenditures.
The State of Utah's Boy's Group Home and Girl's Group Home isn't for homeless kids? You might give them a call and let them know, because Utah authorities think they are:

You need to do some reading. Or if you are too lazy for that, have someone read the links for you.
One suicide a week where? You don't say.
We've covered the suicide issue ad nauseum, but since you apparently havn't been paying attention, I will give you my stance yet again: Any suicide is sad. But to say I'm bothered by them? No, I am not. Suicide is a personal choice, unfortunate as that choice may be. I can talk till I'm blue in the face about how NO issue is worth killing oneself over, but suicide was here before I was born, and it will be here after. No amount of taxpayer money thrown at the matter will change anything, just as throwing taxpayer money at poverty does not reduce poverty levels, or throwing taxpayer money at illiteracy does not reduce illiteracy levels.
Apparently you are still operating under the false assertion that Utah causes suicides? You really don't specify.
Which brings us back to another point you have ignored for weeks: Have you gotten up off YOUR ass yet and done anything, personally, to prevent suicide? Have you manned the hotlines? Have you talked anyone off a rooftop? Or do you just like to talk about the issue, pretending it matters, so that you yourself will feel better?
Instead of talking out of ur ass...Do u know WHY utah has NO overnite homeless youth shelter?? Because of the way this CULT has structured the laws. Here in ur Mecca, homeless youth shelters who provide overnight care are considered as "harboring a runaway" ...jailed and charged. Also, because you're too proud to not tell us. You've already told us the following:
1. You live in Utah.
2. You're a homosexual (lesbian)
3. You are supposedly a teacher of some kind.
4. You get your information from Wikipedia and YouTube cartoons, and think those are credible sources.
5. And, you hate the LDS Church.

It sure won't be you "fixing" anything. You've already shown that all you are capable of doing is pointing your finger and casting blame, instead of actually doing something positive and constructive. You're not even capable of being a positive role model for other homosexuals. Now that's sad...

Silly and pathetic...beside the sidestep...so who is gonna fix it? U or from exposure? Thing is...the exposure is happening, whether u do anything or not...but it would look better...if y'all had a revelation or 4 and at least acknowledged, changed(like1978) before it all hits the fan.

Rather than pretending that I didn't take five minutes of research and absolutely destroy your assertions that there are no overnight youth homeless shelters in Utah by proving that there are, why don't you tell us why you live in a state you despise so much?

Life is what YOU make it, jackass. I have many non-Mormon friends who live in Utah. Some were even born there. And they love the state. I visit Utah quite often, having vacationed there quite a bit over the last 30 years. It's a great state with lots to offer.

You, on the other hand, do nothing but bitch.

There are 49 other states for you to hate. Quit your sniveling and go out there and live a little!

You spam in every post which is EXACTLY the proselytizing that Mitt Romnutz and Queen Ann will do in the WH. Those are THEIR PLANS.
That is so obvious it is positively glaring.
You guys really do have to stop the nasty, offensive practice of baptizing people after their death and against their will and that of their families. Now that is proselytizing perversion.
I've met Mitt Romney, and yes, I will be voting for him. I don't care if they open an LDS meetinghouse in the west wing, if they can get this nation's economy back on track and put a stop to Obama's advancing socialism:

http://www.mittromney.com/

There is absolutely nothing offensive about baptizing people by proxy. It offers people the ability to accept the Gospel in the afterlife.

And for people who don't believe in it, what does it matter to them? That a few loudmouths have made an issue out of something they don't believe in is an ode to the fact that this nation has become infested with incessant whiners.

The thing that bothers me the most, though, is that if I had followed my instincts, I would have stopped being Mormon before my daughter was even baptized and that would have been over 20 years ago. At that point in my life, I had already begun to realize many of the negative influences of Mormonism in my life, including the fact that the Mormon Church is a male-oriented, male-dominated, double-standard religious institution that brainwashes its members and uses guilt to try to control them. I had also begun to question whether I wanted my daughter to be brought up any further in the Mormon Church, and I had begun to think about not having her baptized when she turned 8 years old. It was with those thoughts in mind that I stopped going to church when my daughter was 7 years old around the time that I married my second, non-Mormon husband, and I didn't go or take my daughter to church for over 6 months. But unfortunately, the guilt began seeping in and I began to realize that if I didn't have her baptized, I would be making a public pronouncement of having left Mormonism and because my father was very pious and dogmatic about Mormonism, and I was afraid to tell him (even though he lived in Utah and I lived in California), I began taking my daughter to church again and had her baptized when she turned 8. For that, I could kick myself to this day.
Oh? That's what bothers you? I would have thought what bothered you would be that at least 3 "other" people would show up here within minutes of you, using different names, and in a couple cases even forgetting to change their host city identifier, and writing in your same style, would tell similar anti-Mormon stories..even to the point of appearing to continue their story under a different name, apparently losing their train of thought and forgetting to maintain their charade properly..and then all of them, including you, would summarily disappear from the conversation at the same time!

What a coincidence!

Umm no. Not a problem nor is it my theory. The belief in eternal marriage has been around for thousands of years. People have believed as they are a family here, so would they be in the after life. The Egyptians believed in eternal marriage. So did other ancient societies.
Also, you don't have to believe in a resurrection to have a belief in an after life. So a belief in eternal marriage wasn't based on a resurrection in all instances, as you declare with the Sadducee for instance.
Again, it doesn't matter who believed what, Jesus said that no one was going to be married after the resurrection.
And Jesus didn't declare there wouldn't be any "existing" marriages from this life to the next. He never said any such thing. That is your interpretation of what he said.
It was an answer in response to a question about a woman who was married already 4 times to who she will really be married to after the resurrection. He clearly said none. So yes, he did say such a thing.
Next, you not I, need to address this "we're going to be like angels" statement you continue to regurgitate like some fact of the here after. You need to understand what was said. Then you need to incorporate other verses that say we'll be more then the angels, which implies we'll be DIFFERENT then the angels, not like them.
When you read the differences, come back and tell me what you read okay?
No I don't. All I have to point out is that you have never read of a married angel.

Really? Paradise is the place where the faithful dead who are saved are waiting for resurrection? Then where do the unfaithful dead go who also wait for the resurrection? How many spiritual realms are you willing to admit might exist right now? I can answer that for you with your own answers. There is us on earth. There is Satan and his legions bound to this earth who we can't see. There is what you call paradise where the faithful dead wait and, there would have to be a place where the unfaithful dead also wait for the resurrection. Then we have the heaven where God dwells. That is 5 spiritual realms you acknowledge that exist right now.
Are you saying you don't believe even your own church's teachings? Do you go to church much?

"Paradise is that part of the spirit world in which the righteous spirits who have departed from this life await the resurrection of the body. It is a condition of happiness and peace."

http://www.lds.org/study/topics/paradise...
And you have doubts that when the judgement day has happened, there could be more then two spiritual realms??
And you do ass-ume of the thief on the cross. Jesus never stated he was saved. Jesus stated he'd be in paradise with him that day. He mentioned not a thing of being saved as you assume happened.
If I die and wake up with Jesus, assume I'm going to be very happy. Now what is Paradise again? "Paradise is that part of the spirit world in which the righteous spirits who have departed from this life await the resurrection of the body. It is a condition of happiness and peace." Sound like a good thing to me.
Where do you think the other so termed criminal would be? His faith was equal to that of doubting Thomas. Apparently he knew of Jesus also. They came from the same local prison. My point is that there is a lot to be considered that you're not considering so you can believe some positive sentence magically gave this guy salvation you believe he didn't have before.
I believe Jesus, why don't you?
According to some old writings, as Jesus also described it in the story of Lazarus, paradise is where all spirits from this life go to wait for the resurrection. But paradise has two parts. One part for those that have accepted God's word and one part for those that haven't accepted his word for whatever reason. Jesus went there to bridge the gulf that separated the two parts so those that hadn't heard his word could hear it. I know you're going to disagree but, remember that he told the thief he'd be with him in paradise that day. That paradise as you acknowledge isn't heaven, but a part of it where the spirits from this life are held in waiting. Then Jesus saw Mary who attempting to touch him, Jesus said not to because, because he hadn't yet risen to his Father in heaven. So that insinuates Jesus had a mission in paradise and apparently accomplished it prior to returning to God the Father to sit on his right hand.
So what is your point? The thief is in a place for the righteous waiting to be resurrected in heaven.
