Since we were talking about tubal pregnancies, it does pose a threat to her life. If she didn't know it was a tubal pregnancy and the tube ruptures, it most certainly does pose an imminent threat to her life. She then elects to either save her life or not.
That's the choice she's making.
She is not electing to kill her unborn child, because that's not the purpose of surgery to remove the fetus from the tube. Intent plays a role in what defines elective abortion, but idiots like you wouldn't understand that.
