Mr Tripod wrote: <quoted text> It's funny how the left will play the 'free speech card' for brown skinned scum like that, but demand draconian punishment for white folk who say the wrong thing, even when it's blatantly in jest as with Clarkson. John Terry and the bird on that tram spring to mind. As does Lord Ahmed's promise to mobilise ten thousand muslims to 'raise Hell' if Geert Wilders was allowed to speak in this country. Does anyone know what punishment El Hadji Diouf received for spitting at a white ball boy and racially abusing him? I seem to have missed it in the news. Did you just try to imply that the scumbag 'bird on that tram' was just talking in jest? She's a hate filled lowlife who shouldn't be allowed to be responsible for children. On the other hand, so is El Hadj Diouff. Incidentally, I can't help notice the irony in a public sector union calling for a BBC employee to be fired for telling a joke on his day off. I wonder how many people truly deserving of being fired UNISON will help keep their jobs this year? All paid for by the British taxpayer of course..........

That was referring to Clarkson. She expressed an opinion that didn't go down well with many people, and is now paying, what I believe to be a grossly disproportionate price for that. Vast parts of London are English free zones, and she should be every bit as entitled to say what she thinks about that as you are to say what you think about her. As for having her children taken away, an equal argument could be made for many people whose beliefs aren't what many sensible folk would want children exposed to. It depends how far down the communist road you'd like to go in this country. I think what is happening to Emma West shows that we've already gone too far in that direction.
