I've lived in apartments with the tiny lil balcony of a patio. and the condo I live in currently. both do NOT really allow for being able to grow one's own plants.
thing is, with the way the economy is. growing one's own plants besides being frugal with one's money. as I pointed out. is in line with those vegans who want folks to eat more plants.
the cost of a average salad is NOT cheap at the store. does not matter if you buy it premade or the component parts. the one main prob with a plant based salad. is that most forms of it can not be frozen.
the only type I know that can be frozen is the potatoe salad.
