Jake, that pic was obviously from this last arrest since they are still looking for him... Its obvious he dont need to be on the streets!!!

You people seem to forget innocent until proven guilty don't convict the guy before his court date!

Well he obviously has a mug shot with a smirk on his face so he isn't too innocent. I don't know what he was in for before, but knowing our justice system he should have probably should have been in prison but got out for "good behavior"

People, they said he is a person if interest because he was present. They didnt say anything about him being a suspect. There is a difference in being a suspect and a person if interest. At this point, they want to talk to him and find out what he knows. Help build their case even better against whomever is responsible, even if it turns out he is involved someway.

What about the white boy that was just killed while his white girlfriend was held at gun point in the other room because the white boy was a drug dealer, renting a white cops house?? How about that one you fool. And dont tell me the cop didnt know. If you search that boys name, there are a crap load of you tube videos of him, skating, smokin weed, rolling his camera over a pile of weed on his table. Dont mean to talk bad about the deceased, but had it been a black man these posts would have torn him to bits. For some reason anyone that made a negative comment after this white boy was killed, that person got jumped all over for talking about the kid. Its a dayum shame that people still think this way. We are not in the flippin old days anymore.

I,Michael Eugene Jackson,had nothing ro do with this incident as the police have alledged. Due to mitigating circumstances I am unable to turn myself in to the proper authorities...But would like to speak with investigators to clear my name of this alleged heinous crime. I will be contacting detective ROger SMith as soon as I obtain proper legal representation.

So Micheal why don't you tell us then why the police want to talk to you and answer a few questions for us? Like what are the circumstances that prevent you from turning yourself in? Guilt maybe?

Yea turn yourself in and they can appoint you one. It's so confusing you talk about how innocent you are but need a lawyer before you go talk to the investigaters. First of your not mentioned as a suspect just a person of intrest so therefore at this point they obviously don't have anything to arrest you over so why would you feel the need to obtain legal counsel before answering questions that there shows guilt if you ask me.

for those not familiar with the legal system with something of this magnitude it is the safest route to do because a court appointed attorney still works for the system and if proven innocent they don't receive their fees through the convicted's restitution. if innocent a public defender does not receive that bonus in which is usually 500.00 or more which makes them work for the conviction and not the truth.

I think the person killed worked at the Rader center as a counsler. It would be best to have an attorney present for all hearings. Need a criminal lawyer, Mr Stubblefield Robert, is a good one.
