How appropriate. He deserves a guilty conviction for 1st degree murder, but if society is lucky he will be convicted of at least 2nd degree murder.

Send him to Guantanamo and torture him.

I hope he gets what he deserves 2 convictions of 1st degree, and the appropriate capitol punishment that goes with it

Same old story!He will get out of prison in a couple of years. However I would prefer the death penalty but we all know how the system works.

1st degree murder and the assualt charges he wont be out in a few years by any means, 1st degree murder is one of the higher charges in a murder case, and I doubt they will give him a plea deal because of the evidence, and the fact the town would raise he** if they do let him plea out to a lesser charge. He will be in for a long time, and hopefully they wont let the terms run concurrently.

This is so sad Kimberly...the person writing this..is Rubi's 16 year old daughter...who has a kid..tells you what kind of mother Rubi is...Nothing that is being said is true...David's parents paid for Rubi's plane tickets to get to Tulsa when this happened...nothing was done without her...now she wants to talk crap about the family? The night before Carlos died...David and Carlos had dinner at Los Cabos in Jenks...Carlos on that Friday spent time with his sister watchin a movie and they were all suppose to have breakfast the next morning....it's pretty sad that people want to hurt family is this tough time...no class...they think they're pretty brave...they know where the family lives...go and tell them to their face...I'm sure the sisters will more than welcome you....Maybe charges need to be brought up on rubi for breaking in the homes of the families....stealing things...there are witnesses..neighbors that actually told the family....and are willing to make the police reports....the pregnant female at David's house was his wife's cousin and she is 27 years old...but it's okay...there is a God and He and only He will have vengence against people who try to hurt his children....So grow up....you're right Carlos would not have wanted that...but I gurantee you, the family is ready for whatever...you knew Carlos a year and a half? they knew him 30 years....funny how he was with them the last week of his life...right? Carlos's death has been a terrible loss, we loved him and it will always remain that way...I find Tulsamom's comments offensive...Carlos has only been gone for 1 month and the only thing we've encountered from day one has been verbal attackes towards the family members. How can a woman who only knew Carlos for 3 years claim to haved loved him more than his parents and siblings, who shared their lives with him for his 30 years of living....hmm I find that hard to believe.
On behalf of the Lopez Family I offer appoligies to anyone who has read these horrible comments and accusations made towards the oldest brother David. I think if the Lopez Family had shunned the "widow" and Natali, the family wouldn't have bothered buying the plane tickets and mentioned Rubi and Natali in all of the reports given to the news stations. Better yet RUBI, why don't you tell everyone how you loved your husband so much that when you were informed of his death you claimed you had things to do in Texas before coming to grieve the death of your Husband, and tell them how it took you over 24 hours to arrive to Tulsa. Also inform everyone how the only thing you've been worried about has been money and how you wanted to make sure you received money from Social security....at this time your husband had only been gone for 2 days!!!! TEll everyone how you kept insulting Carlos's mother, telling her you wished her and her husband had died rather than your husband.....better yet tell everyone how you haven't even shed a true tear for your husband.....Better yet let everyone watch your ridiculous interview with Fox23 news....it's under videos....titled "FAMILY'S CRUSADE FOR JUSTICE" it was obvious you couldn't even fake it enough to shed a tear for this great man...
