Let's say they refuse to talk to police and will not cooperate. All police need is resonable suspicion to start and investigation and they will be able to develope probable cause for search warrent if they need too.

Froth, I studied this video over several times and have spent a lifetime studying people - you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT in your observations. This young man had someone in his sights and HELD them responsible for these murders. Would love to know who he was zeroed in on - could it have been one of the bikers?

Have you followed this forum from the beginning? Obviously not or you would know there are several of us that are very upset at the murders of these innocent little ones. Did I play games tonight? Sure did...guilty as charged...You want me banned or hanged or what would please you? Don't go getting judgemental with me, please, since you know absolutely NOTHING about me or my heart or my intentions.
